8月27日，由中国外文局、中共海南省委宣传部共同指导，海南广播电视总台、当代中国与世界研究院联合主办的“融合发展 共赢未来——2025国际传播协作交流会”在海南海口举行。专家学者、中外媒体代表、近20家省级国际传播机构代表、海南各市县宣传部门代表、企业及园区代表、多国海外传播官代表等近150人参会。
On August 27, the 2025 International Communication and Collaboration Conference” was held in Haikou, Hainan themed “Integrated Development for a Shared Win-Win Future” was held in Haikou, Hainan Province, under the joint guidance of the China International Communication Group (CICG) and the Publicity Department of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, and co-organized by the Hainan Broadcasting Station and the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies. Nearly 150 participants attended, including experts and scholars, representatives from domestic and international media, delegates from nearly 20 provincial-level international communication agencies, publicity departments of cities and counties across Hainan, as well as representatives from enterprises, industrial parks, and overseas communication officers from multiple countries.
在上午的开幕式活动上，中国外文局“中国与世界”外文网络传播平台合作伙伴计划、海南自由贸易港国际传播专家委员会首届专家聘书颁发仪式、海南国际传播中心与中国传媒大学海南国际学院人才共建启动仪式陆续启动。在下午的4场平行专题交流会上，来自学界、业界、媒体界等领域的专家围绕海南自贸港封关运作、人工智能赋能、区域协同传播以及年轻一代在国际传播中的角色等议题，共同探讨了国际传播效能提升的创新路径与创新实践。
During the morning opening ceremony, the CICG’s “China and the World” Foreign-Language Online Communication Platform Partnership Program, the inaugural appointment of experts of the Hainan Free Trade Port International Communication Expert Committee, and the launch of the joint talent program between the Hainan International Media Center (HIMC) and the Hainan International College of Communication University of China were officially launched. In the afternoon, four parallel thematic sessions were held, bringing together experts from academia, industry, and the media to discuss key topics including the island-wide special customs operations of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the application of AI, regional collaborative communication, and the role of the younger generation in international communication. Participants explored innovative approaches and practices for enhancing the effectiveness of international communication.
