9月23日上午，“活力中国调研行”海南主题采访活动媒体团，来到海南省政务服务中心，参观听取了海南省“12345+监督一张网”“厅局长接话”等特色工作亮点。媒体记者们还近距离观摩了窗口工作人员收件、受理等业务流程，充分展示海南自贸港整体性、协同性与主动性的现代治理体系。

On the morning of September 23, as part of the “Vibrant China Research Tour” Hainan-themed interview event, media representatives visited the Hainan Provincial Government Service Center. They listened to briefs and observed in person about how the Service Center carried out work such as the “12345 Citizen Service Hotline+ Integrated Supervision Network” and the “Leaders On-Call” program. The representatives also had a close-up view of staff handling submissions and processing requests at the service counter. These operations highlight the modern governance system of the Hainan Free Trade Port, characterized by its integration, coordination, and proactive approach.
