今年海南将谋划推进热带海洋国家公园建设（Hainan to Plan Construction of Tropical Marine National Park This Year）

2025年海南省海洋生产总值同比增长7.9%，今年海南将积极谋划推进热带海洋国家公园建设，打造深海科技创新策源地、现代海洋产业聚集地、海洋国际合作高地。

Hainan's marine gross product witnessed a year-on-year increase of 7.9%. This year, the province aims to establish a tropical marine national park and further develop marine industries.

今年，海南将着力构建以深海科技、现代海洋产业、国际合作为支撑的海洋发展体系。加强海洋和海岸带国土空间分区管控，综合考虑海洋环境承载能力和用途，合理确定海域空间使用类型、范围规模和用海方式。深入实施海洋生态修复工程，积极谋划推进热带海洋国家公园建设，打造深海科技创新策源地、现代海洋产业聚集地、海洋国际合作高地。

This year, Hainan vows to develop a marine development system supported by deep-sea science and technology, modern marine industries, and international cooperation. It will strengthen zoning control over marine and coastal spatial areas, calculating the carrying capacity of the marine environment and its intended uses to reasonably determine the types, scope, scale, and methods of marine space utilization. Additionally, Hainan will further implement marine ecological restoration projects, striving to become a source of deep-sea scientific and technological innovation, a cluster for modern marine industries, and a flagship for international marine cooperation.
