"Ecological Environment Code" to Provide Legal Guidance for Protection and Restoration of South China Sea Marine Ecosystem

This year’s national two sessions deliberated on the draft Ecological Environment Code. This code is expected to provide a solid legal guarantee for the nation's green transition and offer a clear direction and pathway for the protection and restoration of the South China Sea's marine ecosystem.
