Hainan Delegation Submits 10 Motions and 11 Suggestions to 14th NPC Fourth Session

The Hainan delegation to the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress released an update on its work performance. Up to March 10, the delegation has submitted 10 motions and 11 suggestions to the Congress in its name.

The proposals of the Hainan delegation closely follow the overall layout of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, with a key focus on core areas including deep-sea technology, biomanufacturing, commercial aerospace, zero-carbon parks and the second Qiongzhou Strait channel project.
