Hainan Aims to Attract Over 700,000 Talents by 2030

Recently, the Hainan Provincial Talent Development Plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period was officially released. On May 18th, the Hainan Provincial Information Office held a press conference to interpret the plan. In terms of goal setting, the plan proposes phased objectives focused on scale, structure, mechanisms, and ecosystem.
