Hainan Reports Progress in Province-Wide Plastic Ban Campaign

2026年1月至3月，海南开展禁塑专项攻坚行动，共查办案件154宗，查扣违禁塑料制品超过7.7万箱（件）。目前，海南持续加强港口、物流、商超及餐饮等重点领域监管，并通过24小时联合执法机制推进绿色低碳发展。

From January to March 2026, Hainan carried out a province-wide crackdown on banned plastic products, investigating 154 cases and seizing more than 77,000 boxes and items of prohibited plastics. Authorities continue to strengthen inspections at ports, logistics centers, supermarkets, and restaurants, while maintaining 24-hour joint law enforcement operations to support green and low-carbon development.
