2026年6月10日是《中华人民共和国海南自由贸易港法》迎来颁布实施五周年。五年来，随着海南自由贸易港法规体系不断完善，法治创新直接推动了投资准入的“井喷”态势。
2025年12月18日至2026年4月30日，新增经营主体14.12万户，同比增长59.31%。这股涌入的“流量”，正加速转化为产业升级的“留量”。
June 10, 2026 marks the fifth anniversary of the implementation of the Hainan Free Trade Port Law of the People’s Republic of China. Over the past five years, the continuous improvement of the regulatory framework for the Hainan Free Trade Port and legal innovations have fueled a sharp surge in investment access.
Between December 18, 2025 and April 30, 2026, Hainan registered 141,200 new market entities, up 59.31 percent year on year. What began as a surge of new entrants is now evolving into a sustained force for industrial upgrading. #HainanFTP #HainanFreeTradePortLaw5Years #business
