Hainan’s Tariff-Free Imports Surge 99.6% to 2.26 Billion Yuan on Fifth Anniversary of Hainan Free Trade Port Law

2025年12月18日至2026年4月30日，短短四个多月，海南交出了一份亮眼的“开门红”成绩单——“零关税”政策进口货值22.6亿元，同比增长99.6%；加工增值免关税政策内销货值5.1亿元，减免关税2457.3万元。
In just over four months, from December 18, 2025, to April 30, 2026, Hainan delivered a strong start. Imports under the zero-tariff policy reached 2.26 billion yuan, up 99.6 percent year on year. Meanwhile, domestic sales under the value-added processing tariff exemption policy totaled 510 million yuan, generating tariff savings of 24.57 million yuan.
