On August 22nd, Haikou’s second batch of duty-free stores for everyday essentials officially opened to shoppers. The store, located on Level L in the Virgo Zone of Mova Plaza, further expands island residents’ access to zero-tariff daily consumer goods and continues to turn Hainan Free Trade Port policies into tangible benefits.
