ASEAN Parliamentarians Explore Hainan‘s “Hope City”

On the afternoon of August 25, the delegation of ASEAN Parliamentarians visited the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone.  Lecheng leverages its “pilot first” policies to emerge as a vital window for China's healthcare industry to open up to the world. The parliamentarians walked through the exhibition hall, getting an up-close look at cutting-edge products in the fields of cardiovascular diseases, oncology, rare diseases, and more. They then visited the Yiling Life Care Center to learn about its innovative model that integrates medical care with wellness and combines medical services with tourism.
