Hainan Uses Service Hotline to Bridge Gap for Foreign Talents

As the Hainan Free Trade Port develops, more foreigners are choosing to work, live and start businesses on the island. The Hainan 12345 service hotline currently provides services in five foreign languages, including English, Korean, and Russian. It is also connected to the Hainan Free Trade Port International Services Portal, providing foreign-invested companies and foreign nationals with multilingual online services. Since Hainan launched island-wide special customs operations, the hotline has handled 486 requests through its foreign-language service, with a completion rate of 99.59%.
