近日，在海南国际传播中心《洞见・Insight》第三季的演讲现场，三亚崖州湾科技城首位外籍政府雇员、比利时籍国际招商经理夏洛特，讲述了她与海南的深度联结。从初遇自贸港建设机遇的心动，到用四年时间参与并见证了科技城从“蓝图”设想，再到如今19所高校、1.3万家企业、5万人的活力社区……她以亲身经历诠释了自贸港正打造成为制度创新与开放高地，也展现了外籍人才与海南“跨越山海”的深厚情缘。本期视频，一同聆听夏洛特在这片沃土收获事业友情与爱情、用热情与实干书写的海南故事。

Recently, at Insight(Season III), hosted by the Hainan International Media Center (HIMC), Charlotte, the first foreign government employee at Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City and a Belgian International Investment Manager, shared her deep connection with Hainan. She spoke of how she was inspired by the opportunities of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and how over the past four years, she has actively participated in and witnessed the transformation of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City from a blueprint to a thriving hub. Today, it is home to 19 universities, more than 13,000 enterprises, and a vibrant community of 50,000 people. Through her journey, Charlotte reflects the Hainan Free Trade Port's growing role as a center of institutional innovation and openness. Her story also highlights the strong emotional ties that international talent is forming with Hainan. In this episode, we follow Charlotte as she finds career success, friendship, and love in Hainan, and contributes to its story with passion and determination.
