At the 7th Hainan Island International Film Festival, HIMC reporter Yang Shidou (Miss. Bean) got the chance to speak with George Svensson, who is paying his first visit to the island. He stated that compared to Cannes, Berlin, and other film festival locations, Hainan has a unique edge in its cooperative links with the film and television industry in the rest of China, Thailand, and other Asian countries and regions, offering international filmmakers the ideal opportunity to seek Chinese investment for global marketing.
