海南网台、视听海南客户端12月18日消息：今天（12月18日），海南自由贸易港正式启动全岛封关。“封关”不是“封岛”，而是把海南岛全岛建成一个海关监管特殊区域。实施以“‘一线’放开、‘二线’管住、岛内自由”为基本特征的政策制度。这是我国坚定不移扩大高水平对外开放、推动建设开放型世界经济的标志性举措。跟着海南国际传播中心记者“椰豆”（杨诗豆），走进海南自由贸易港全岛封关启动会现场，见证这一历史性时刻！
Today, December 18, the Hainan Free Trade Port officially began island-wide special customs operations. The term "special customs operations" does not mean "closing the island." Instead, it designates the entire Hainan Island as a special customs supervision zone. The policy framework is guided by the principle of "freer access at the first line", and "regulated access at the second line and free flow within the island." This initiative marks a landmark step in China's unwavering commitment to further expanding high-level opening-up and building an open world economy.
