From soybeans to cooking oil—we witnessed the Hainan FTP "processed value-added tariff exemption" policy in action at Hainan Ausca International Grain & Oil Co. in Yangpu!

The numbers tell the story: Since 2020, Ausca's annual output value has skyrocketed to nearly 6 billion RMB. How? Soybeans and rapeseed from Brazil and Argentina enter tariff-free, get processed through smart production lines, and—with over 30% local value addition—enter the mainland market tariff-free!

The savings speak: Ausca has enjoyed nearly 300 million RMB in tariff reductions since operations began. In August 2025, it exported 2,000 tons of cooking oil to India—a breakthrough in its "both ends abroad" model.
