On the evening of April 22nd, the 6th Asian Beach Games opened in Sanya, Hainan. As one of the 5 major multi-sports events in Asia, the Asian Beach Games represent the highest level of beach sports in Asia. This competition has 14 major events and will award 62 gold medals. Some of the games kicked off on April 21st.
