China Sweeps Both Men's and Women's Individual Golds in Aquathlon

On the morning of April 23rd, in the men's individual aquathlon competition, Chinese athlete Fan Junjie claimed the championship, winning the first gold medal for China at this edition of the Games. He also became the first-ever aquathlon champion in the history of the Asian Beach Games. In the women's individual aquathlon, Chinese athlete Lin Xinyu crossed the finish line first to secure the gold, while another Chinese athlete, Lu Meiyi, won the bronze.
