Recently, Hainan’s tropical fruit industry has been selected as a national-level advantageous industrial cluster by China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Backed by ¥200 million in central government funding, the project will target key links across the industrial chain, boosting quality, efficiency and growth for the region’s signature tropical fruit sector.
