Hainan Q1 Cross-Border Pilots: Growth, First Deal, $51.2B Cumulative

今年第一季度，海南跨境收支规模和跨境人民币结算额较快增长，跨境投融资高水平试点工作实现突破，自贸港首笔高新技术企业跨境融资便利化试点业务落地，有力推动跨境投融资高水平试点向纵深发展。截至4月末，累计办理试点业务收支超512亿美元，有力支撑外贸进出口稳中有升。

In the first quarter of this year, Hainan's cross-border revenue and expenditure scale and cross-border RMB settlement volume grew rapidly. High-level pilot programs for cross-border investment and financing achieved breakthroughs, with the first high-tech enterprise cross-border financing facilitation pilot business in the free trade port successfully complete. As of the end of April, cumulative pilot business revenue and expenditure exceeded 51.2 billion U.S. dollars.
