Hainan targets over 6% annual growth in service-sector value-added output during the 15th Five-Year Plan period

The Hainan Provincial Information Office held a press briefing on September 1 as part of its kick-off press series for the 15th Five-Year Plan. Officials said Hainan’s service-sector value-added will register average annual growth of above 6% throughout the plan period, with simultaneous improvements in scale, industrial structure, and economic efficiency.
