Integrate Manufacturing and Services, Foster Emerging Sectors including Commercial Space Industry

Under the 15th Five-Year Plan, Hainan will boost integration between service industries, advanced manufacturing, and high-efficiency tropical agriculture. New business lines such as commercial space industry, inspection and testing services, and headquarters-based business will be cultivated.
