Hainan FTP Holds "Policy Direct Express" Event for Enterprise Dialogue

On September 4, the Hainan Free Trade Port "Policy Direct Express" event took place in Haikou Jiangdong New Area, bringing together 15 enterprises and 22 provincial departments for face-to-face discussions. Core policies addressed included the "double 15 percent" tax incentives, value-added processing tariff exemptions, trade and investment facilitation, cross-border data flow, and convenience services for foreign nationals. Participating companies covered aircraft maintenance, biomedicine, game publishing, deep-sea technology, and embodied intelligence — spanning Hainan's "Five Directions" and "Four New" future industries.

Since its launch, the mechanism has held 13 sessions serving over 400 enterprises. It has established a "five-set" service framework for targeted briefings, issue-specific interpretation, regular updates, designated liaisons, and interactive feedback — achieving a shift from government-led to enterprise-driven policy services, and from episodic events to full-chain closed-loop support.
